Yankees Are Not Interested In Bernie Williams

Bernie Williams’s career with Yankees might end this season. The Yankees have invited for spring training as a non-guaranteed, non-roster player. Only their deference for him has prohibited team officials from coming right out and saying him directly about his withdrawal. Although this wasn’t anything close to what he was expecting, but rumors are indicating that he may accept the proposal.
38 year old, Williams, who spent his 15 years of MLB career serving Yankees is hurt by the Yankees’ decision. Williams close ones are saying that could have acquired a guaranteed contract with some other team, but himself a Yankee and only a Yankee.

If he doesn’t get to play with the Yankees, he won’t mind signing up a deal with some other club. He believes, if his team can think of business then he can also. Retirement is out of question for Williams, who produced an upright 2006 season as a part-time player.
Struggling with his hurt feelings, Williams is suffering from a tough period. But, one thing he has understood, that he is not wanted in Yankees.
