Ben Sheets has been recognized to toil fast occasionally, but this was an extra swift pace than even the Brewers right-hander on an average upholds. Besides the sun, there were other sources too to produce heat in the ballpark. The Brewers ace, in his most heartening excursion of the spring, cleaned the Mariners on two singles in five innings.
It was the sort of outing Sheets customarily present when he stays healthy. The only remarkable difference this time, further the exhibition status of the game certainly was that Sheets was utilizing his changeup more frequently than he usually does.

Sheets was very happy with his this performance. Sheets was put on disabled list due to his shoulder injuries, but now he is on a normal pace and normal routine. Ben’s changeup may work well this season if he stays healthy through out the season.
