Built by cynical settlers, Pittsburgh is a city of neighborhoods in Western Pennsylvania, United States. It is the provincial seat of Allegheny County. The early settlers were attracted towards the city’s steel mills. The civilians here are united in such a way that they describe their home not by city boundaries, but by neighborhood boundaries. Once nicknamed 'the Smoky City', Pittsburgh's mills were permanently shut down to enhance the natural beauty of the city. The location of the city is very dramatic due to its perfect settings.
