A stadium is a site or venue where indoor or outdoor sports, concerts or other events take place. The field is designed in such a way so that audience can sit or stand and watch the episode. Since 1923, after the construction of Yankee stadium term stadium is also used for baseball parks. Most of the stadiums are well designed and equipped with modern facilities. In new era, instead of using green grass artificial grass called turf is used. Turf is easy to maintain than green grass. All the ballparks are enough spacious to hold thousands of spectators. A stadium equipped with all modern facilities enhances the standard of the city too. These ballparks have always been a centre of attraction of the city, as it pulls crowd towards itself, it helps in generating good revenues for city. Owners of the team are in a favor of constructing new stadiums instead of renovating the old ones. The Yankee stadium is one of the oldest stadiums for major league championships that need reconstruction.

A remarkable example of well designed and well equipped stadium is PETCO Park. PETCO Park has replaced Qualcomm stadium. The stadium differentiates itself from other stadiums by avoiding the use of old pattern and colors. This site brings the details of all the stadiums of baseball to your doorstep. We are proud to provide you the information about all the 30 stadiums that are home to different major league baseball teams.  Along with the dimensions, seating capacity and grass of the stadiums, pictures of the stadium are also available.
